Any content you provide stays yours, and all custom work we create becomes yours once the final payment is made. If you request changes outside the original plan, extra charges may apply. We’re committed to delivering high-quality work. Full details will be shared when we start the project.
When you create an account or use our services, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your email address.
Provide accurate and updated information, including a valid email for communications. Update your email if it changes to continue receiving important notifications.
Use services legally, complying with Indian laws. Copyright or trademark violations, such as unauthorized copying of materials, will result in account suspension.
Services should not be used for extensive backup storage, except for a single cPanel backup.
You agree to pay Afat Tech for services in advance, with recurring billing unless you cancel via email. It's your responsibility to keep payment details up-to-date and pay invoices on time.
A 10-day grace period is provided for payments, after which accounts may be suspended. Domain renewals are your responsibility, with reminders sent as a courtesy. We may change payment amounts or charges at any time.
Afat Tech may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, Accounts can be cancelled via email. Refunds, if offered, exclude payments made via Bank Transfers, UPI which are credited to accounts instead.
Afat Tech does not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds may only apply to uninitiated or pending tasks. Please note that payments for hosting and domain registrations are non-refundable.
At Afat Tech, we promise that your website will be online and running smoothly 99.9% of the time. This ensures your site remains accessible to your visitors whenever they need it.
We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance, and in rare cases, issues beyond our control (like internet outages) may occur. However, we work hard behind the scenes to keep your website running reliably, securely, and without interruption.
